WATER- BORNE ALUMINIUM PASTE

Waterborne aluminium paste , developed with the growth of water-based coatings .As the metal aluminum is amphoteric active metal elements , which is easy to react with water, acid and alkali , it should take special surface treatment when add in aqueous resin system. lt disperses well in the solvent of water and alcohol with good acid and alkali resistance ability. current IY in the market,the way of making aqueous aluminium paste can be divided into 3 methods: 1 . chromic acid , phosphoric acid , modified resin and salt passivation method ； 2 . silica coating method ； 3 . Inorganic& organic double layer coating or hybrid coating method · Different methods have different advantages and disadvantages and they all occupy a certain sha re in the ma rket. Alo ng with the prog ress of soc iety and the requi re me nts fo r env iro n me ntal protection and characteristics of product, the last two methods take great advantage in the market.

TG Series waterborne aluminium pigment

①of this series , aluminium fIake are double coated with sio2 and high polymer material . The coating thickness is uniform and dense , which will not affect the metallic luster of aluminium fIake. During its long-term storage , water, acid or alkali material is hard to permeate the coating layer, So the product has great dispersity, whiteness and brightness , having no tendency to react chemically or produce gas.

G Series waterborne aluminium pigment ①This series aluminium pigments are coated with sio2 by special surface treatment , and has uniform thickness and close-grained capability. W Series hydrophilic aluminium pigment

①The series  of aluminum  pigments were  passivated   by special  polymer  modified   resin  on  the surface .  lt  has  g00d  compatibility with water  resin  system  and  excellent  metal  effect.

②This series of aluminum  silver paste  is  equipped with water  paint ,  PIease  use  it  up  as  soon  as possible .  Long-term  storage  is  not recommended ·
