Properties of Aluminum Paste for AAC( GLS-65)

GLS-65 ( aluminum  paste) is made of high-quality high-purity aluminum foile  as raw material, atomized at high temperature, using water as the medium, and adding special water solvent to grind and refine it into a silver-gray, scaly powder. It has the characteristics of high active aluminum, easy dispersion in water, sufficient gas generation, easy and stable use, etc. It is beneficial to the production of aerated concrete pouring and is an ideal additive and gas-generating agent for silicate products.

All indicators comply with the national JC/T407-2008 standard:

Solid content ≥65%

Active aluminum content ≥85%

Fineness 0.075mm

Sieve residue ≤ 3%

Gas generation rate: 40-60% in 4 minutes, ≥90% in 16 minutes, ≥99% in 30 minutes.
